HPD OFFERS WILDFLOWER MONITORING IN THE PARKS

Join Hancock Park District Natural Resource staff on a journey of identification and documentation of wildflowers as they emerge and bloom along the trails in the parks. Dress for weather and ground conditions. Monitoring generally lasts approximately 1 ½ hours or more. Participants are welcome to attend this FREE activity with no registration required. Recommended for participants 12 years and up. Litzenberg Memorial Woods, main parking lot 6100 US Route 224 West (Approx. 5 miles West of I-75 Exit 159) WEDNESDAYS: 1pm March 25 1pm April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 1pm May 6, 13 Oakwoods Nature Preserve, outdoor fireplace by Discovery Center 1400 Oakwoods Lane (off TR 144, South of W.
