Eating more fiber has been shown to improve our gut health.  Researchers are now studying certain types of fibers that might reduce the risk of colon cancer and other diseases.  Dr. Jenifer Fenton with Michigan State University says the way we eat has the strongest relationship to preventing chronic diseases.
